Certificate templates and certificates
New staging website. Use
https://beti.worldyogaalliance.org/admin/content/certificatesafter administrator sign-in. Certificate changes below are made in staging support mode.
Open Certificate support
Section titled “Open Certificate support”Choose Certificates → Certificate templates, or open /admin/content/certificates. The workspace begins with an amber notice labelled Admin support mode: changes are made with the administrator account and are not a member login.
Certificate work is scoped to one school or to Shared templates. Select the school before editing or issuing anything.
Select the school and scope
Section titled “Select the school and scope”- Use
Search schoolswith the placeholderSearch by school name or ID, then selectSearch. - Choose a value in
School/Choose a school. - Use
PreviousandNextwhen the school list has more than one page. - Choose
Shared templatesonly for system templates. Shared scope lists templates but does not show issued certificates.
An inactive school is marked in the selector. Confirm the intended school name in the support notice and the template list before making a change.
Create or customize a template
Section titled “Create or customize a template”In the Templates section, select New template for the current scope. For a system template in a school scope, select Customize to create a school copy before editing. A template shows Active or Draft.
The editor has these controls:
- History and actions:

Set defaultonly when it should be used by default.
The editor protects unsaved changes and may ask before leaving. Do not issue from a draft. The issue form itself shows Activate this template before issuing a certificate.
Issue a certificate for a graduate
Section titled “Issue a certificate for a graduate”Issuing is available on an active school template. In the template row select Issue.
- Check the
Schoolscope and template status. - Choose a
GraduatefromSelect a graduate. Only active graduates from that school are loaded. - Enter
Program name. - Choose
Issue date. - Enter
Signer display name. - Select
Issue certificate. - Use
Open public certificateandDownload PDF(when shown) to verify the result.
Do not issue a duplicate while the first request is still processing. Verify the graduate, program, issue date, and signer before selecting the action. A certificate issue is a business write and creates a public verification record.
The Issued certificates section shows the graduate, program, certificate number, Public link, and Revoke for active issues. Revocation retains the issued history and changes the public proof status. Use the prompted administrator reason; the UI’s default wording is Revoked by administrator.
Confirm certificate support work
Section titled “Confirm certificate support work”After saving a template, reload it and check the revision before selecting Set active. After issuing, open the public certificate and verify the graduate, program, issue date, signer, and certificate number. A member’s school certificate screen is separate from this administrator support workspace; do not use the member flow to infer that an admin action completed.
