Policies, feedback and troubleshooting

Use these current production pages when completing a registration or booking:

Open Feedback. The embedded Google form is titled Give us feedback about WYA community website. Complete its required Feedback, Suggestion, Name and Email fields, then use its submit control (the Google form button follows your Google language, for example Submit or ส่ง). Wait for the form confirmation. Use Contact for an account or payment case that needs a reply. The public Resources & Store link opens a separate website, not your WYA directory account’s billing history.

Staging has the corresponding Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Designation and Trademark, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Community Guidelines for Members and Legal Agreement. Review the policy on the same website where you are acting. Use Feedback or Contact for assistance.

What you see What to do
Login page after opening a member route Sign in to that website. Production and staging have separate sessions.
Profile or owner access required A basic login is not a school/teacher designation. Complete the relevant registration, or ask the account owner to use the linked account.
Empty directory or no events Change the search/filter/date range. An empty list is not proof that an account has been deleted.
Loading failed / Try again / Refresh Keep unsaved edits, check connectivity, then use the visible retry control. Do not submit duplicate saves while the first one is pending.
Payment submitted or awaiting verification Keep the invoice and contact support. Do not create a second application or charge to bypass the pending state.
Profile awaiting approval Check the application outcome and contact WYA if needed. A payment receipt and an approved public designation are different results.
Contact form reCAPTCHA error Use the published email/phone on Contact. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Guide looks different from the page Check whether you opened production or staging, your language selection and your role.

When reporting a problem, include the website URL, page name, action/button, displayed message, approximate time and relevant invoice/event/booking ID. Keep other people’s contact data out of your report. These guides explain how to use the screens; the policies and case-specific support decision govern the actual registration, cancellation or refund outcome.
