New staging website
Section titled “New staging website”Sign in as the school owner. A teacher profile or basic member login without a linked school is not sufficient. Open School add-on courses from the account menu, or manage school courses.
Create and publish
Section titled “Create and publish”- Select Add course.
- Enter Course title, Description and Syllabus. The title is required; follow the displayed character limits.
- Optionally enter Study or enrollment URL (HTTPS only). Use the school’s real external course/enrollment page.
- Optionally upload Course PDF. It must be a PDF up to 10 MB. Clear selected file discards an unsaved selection.
- Leave Publish this course publicly unchecked for a draft, or check it to publish.
- Select Create course. Wait for Add-on course created.
- Open the school’s public profile to check the published listing and View syllabus / Study or enrollment information links.
Update or remove
Section titled “Update or remove”Choose Edit, update the form and select Save course. Uncheck Publish this course publicly and save to unpublish. For a PDF replacement, select a new PDF and save. Remove current PDF schedules removal on save; Undo removal cancels that unsaved choice.
Choose Delete to remove the course and its PDF, then confirm the course named in the dialog. Wait for Add-on course deleted. If a save fails, preserve the draft and retry after resolving the error; do not repeatedly click while Saving… is shown.
WYA lists the syllabus and course information. Enrollment and payment take place outside WYA with the school; this feature does not create a WYA booking, charge or course access entitlement.
